Grounded is a well rounded scripture based book, which really does build a firm foundation in Christ.
Used the books as a daily devotional by reading, praying and meditating on each chapter.
Liked that there is a lot of scripture to reference the different topics discussed. There is also a personal study section at the end of each chapter which allows you to check your understanding as well as prayerfully reflect.
Would definitely recommend this book to new/mature Christians for personal or group study.
