“Pay careful attention to yourselves and to all the flock, in which the Holy Spirit has made you overseers, to care for the church of God, which he obtained with his own blood.” – Acts 20:28

We believe that elders are the consistent, biblical pattern of governance and spiritual authority in the local church — a sacred responsibility entrusted by Christ, the true Head of the Church, to those appointed by the Holy Spirit to lead, care for, and protect His people.

“And when they had appointed elders for them in every church, with prayer and fasting they committed them to the Lord…” – Acts 14:23

In alignment with the New Testament, we embrace a model of plural eldership, where multiple elders serve together to ensure accountability, shared wisdom, and healthy leadership. Among them is a Lead Elder (Senior Pastor) who carries a distinct leadership role, chairs the charity, and provides vision and direction, yet functions with equal governing authority alongside the other elders.
